Shipping

We use USPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $100. Items are processed and ship out in 2-3 BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-5 business days to be delivered.  Sarasota and Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Express shipping is the only guarantee service we provided. Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. 

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Express Shipping

We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:30 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Obsessed Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

 

In Store Pickup

We also offer an ship to store pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items in store. Items eligible for in store pickup on the same day must be purchased before 1:00 pm eastern time, and will be taken from our online facilities to our Sarasota store location (140 University Town Center Dr, Suite 237, Sarasota, FL 34243) and will be available for pick up after 7 PM eastern time MONDAY-FRIDAY.  Please note we have separate facilities for our online inventory and items purchased will not be available immediately. 

To have your items shipped to the store, you must enter the code SHIPTOSTORE in the discount code bar at checkout. Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to ship to the store. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Friday and throughout the weekend for pickup will not be available in store until Monday after 7 PM. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (941) 722-3350 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up.

Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Please bring a government issued ID to the store as it is required to release the package.  By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Obsessed Boutique.
